    • Ülker Bisküvi merged under its own title with Anadolu Gıda Sanayi A.Ş., whose shares have been listed on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST) since 1996.

    • Ülker products packaged in cellophane entered the market.

    • The establishment of Anadolu Gıda Sanayi A.Ş as an aggregate corporation in Ankara doubled Ülker Bisküvi’s production.

    • Following an initiative to deliver products at factory prices throughout Turkey, Ülker Bisküvi achieved an enormous increase in production.

  • 1948
    • Ülker Bisküvi increased its production capacity threefold; from the 75 tons of biscuits it had produced in 1944 thanks to its purpose-built Topkapı plant in 1948

  • 1944
    • Ülker Bisküvi began its operations, producing 200 kilograms biscuits per day with a small oven and three employees in Eminönü, Istanbul. A few years later, the company moved to the Topkapı district of Istanbul.
