Ülker Bisküvi San A.Ş. makes donations and provides grants to charitable foundations and associations that provide social assistance and work on social responsibility projects, public institutions and organizations, municipalities and similar persons and entities. This is done in line with the principles stated in the CMB and the TCC.
The Board of Directors presents the upper limit for the total amount of donations and grants that can be made during the fiscal year to the approval of the shareholders at the next Ordinary General Assembly. Information on all the donations and grants that are made the fiscal year and their beneficiaries are reviewed under a separate agenda item at the Ordinary General Assembly.
Donations made in a fiscal year are added to the distributable profit base for the year.
