In accordance with our employment policy and Group Code of Ethics, as Ülker Bisküvi Sanayi A.Ş., we prioritize inclusivity and a work culture that promotes equal opportunities by focusing on diversity and non-discrimination against candidates.

The Company also prioritizes to ensure gender equality and combat gender stereotypes, promote women’s participation in decision-making processes, and develop gender-neutral approaches in recruitment, training, and career planning. Hence, we nominate and elect Board Members and provide unbiased recruitment processes for candidates.

We prioritize forming our Board with individuals of different age, gender, and background to improve and diversify the management of our independent decision-making processes, and effectively monitor the interests of both the company and the society.
